Elena Novikova-Belova (born 28 July 1947) is a Soviet fencer and four times Olympic champion in foil competitions.[1]
She received four gold medals, one silver and one bronze medal in the foil at the Summer Olympics from 1968 to 1980.[2]
On 17 May 2007, Professor Belova was awarded by the International Olympic Committee the Pierre de Coubertin Medal for Sportsmanship.[3]
